1. What Data We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and the content of your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the website secure and running. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

2. Purpose & Legal Basis

• Contact form data: processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Server log data: processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years from the date of enquiry, or longer if a business relationship is established.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Contact form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-processing service acting on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Hitrost.net in Slovenia, which processes server log data on our behalf. Embedded maps are provided by Google Maps. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service, under appropriate data processing agreements.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Contact form data is processed by Web3Forms in the United States, and embedded maps are operated by Google LLC in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Our hosting provider is located within the EEA (Slovenia).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec): www.ip-rs.si.
